5. Park Lane Music has advised that all artists should be fully insured.
6.Under no circumstances can any individual have the use any of the artist/s equipment unless granted permission to do so by the artist themselves.
7.If the artist/s have any recourse to believe that their equipment or personal safety is being compromised either by threat of physical violence,fire, storm,earthquake, tremor, riot, firearms, terrorist attack, war they have full rights to end/curtail the performance and leave the premises with no penalty in regards to their fee.
8. All fees to be paid prior to performance unless otherwise stated.
9.On all bookings a minimum of 15% of the total fee is payable by return of invoice with the remainder to be paid prior to performance by either cash/cheque/bankers draft or bacs to be agreed by the booker and park lane music ltd.Please see bookerscontract.doc
10.In the event of an artist becoming ill or unfit to work prior to the performance a suitable replacement may be found at no extra cost to the client. If this is not possible or satisfactory to the 'client' they may cancel and any outstanding monies to be returned in full within 30 days of cancellation. If the artist becomes ill during the performance and
thus incurs curtailment of said performance the booker may request a
partial refund to be agreed mutually between the booker and agent.If, however, the client cancels the booking themselves for whatever reason then cancellation fees are payable as outlined in bookerscontract.doc
11.Late payments on invoices will be charged an initial fee of £25 and are subject to an interest fee payable at 18.9% a.p.r from the overdue date.Failure to make payment within 60 days of invoice will result in further proceedings and court action.
